1. Services
Exclusive Leads (exclusiveleads.biz) provides B2B lead generation services including exclusive live transfer leads, cloud dialer solutions, CRM setup and sales technology services to licensed financial services companies. All services are provided subject to these terms.
2. Eligibility
Our lead generation services are available only to licensed businesses operating in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Buyers of debt settlement leads must hold appropriate state licensing. Buyers of mortgage refinance leads must hold appropriate mortgage broker or loan originator licensing. Buyers of MCA leads must be licensed funding companies or registered brokers where required by law.
3. Lead Delivery and Exclusivity
Exclusive Leads delivers live transfer leads exclusively to a single buyer per lead. Buyers acknowledge that conversion results vary based on sales team performance, follow-up process and other factors outside of our control. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or revenue outcomes.
4. Compliance Obligations
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of leads and their outbound sales operations comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry requirements, and all applicable state telemarketing and consumer protection laws. Exclusive Leads maintains DNC compliance on campaigns we operate but cannot be responsible for buyer compliance failures.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Failure to pay invoices within agreed terms may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable except as specifically provided in the applicable service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exclusive Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the 30 days prior to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos and service descriptions is the property of Exclusive Leads and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Dallas County, Texas.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
